Message From the Mayor:
Dear Friends and Neighbors,

By now, most of you will have heard that there will not be a parade on Memorial Day in Windsor. There will still be the services in the cemeteries and the bridge on old Route 17 in the village, but no parade.
What I would like to suggest is we gather at the Community House, 107 Main Street, Windsor, NY, at 10:30 am, May 28th, and proceed on foot to the Riverside Cemetery for the final service at 11:00 am.
Veterans have always walked for us in the past, let us walk for them now.

Respectfully,
Thomas M. Skinner
Windsor, NY

P.S. Please forward this message.
